About the Role:

FLCD partners with leading companies to enhance AI models through human feedback. Join us to help train next-gen voice machine learning models that better understand and respond to human speech with empathy.

Responsibilities:

• Record short dialogues showcasing different emotions, accents, and vocal modulations
• Review and provide constructive feedback on other users’ recordings
• Review and edit transcripts for accuracy and clarity
• Maintain high audio quality through clear and professional recordings
• Save files using Audacity and keep an organized file management system

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to express diverse emotions clearly through voice
• Access to a quiet recording environment and a home studio setup
• Experience in audio-related work (e.g., voice acting, podcasting, narration)
• Possession of a high-quality microphone and audio interface equipment
• Background in acting, classical vocal training, or vocal music
