About the Role :

FLCD helps top companies improve AI models through human feedback. Are you an experienced developer eager to apply your coding skills to train AI? Work on diverse tasks helping generative AI models write better code—no AI experience needed. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours so you can work when it suits you.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and answering computer science questions to train AI models.
• Evaluating and ranking code generated by AI models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or completing a bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science from a reputable institution.
• Proficient in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog.
• Fluent in German with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines.
