Programming Experience to Train AI Models

About the Role :

FLCD collaborates with leading companies to enhance AI models through human feedback. We're seeking experienced software engineers to apply their programming skills in training generative AI models.

You'll handle varied, focused tasks involving direct interaction with large language models as they improve coding abilities. No prior AI experience needed.

This fully remote, freelance role offers flexible hours—work whenever it suits you.

Responsibilities:

• Create and answer computer science questions to support AI training
• Evaluate and rank AI-generated code based on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science from a reputable institution
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines.
