Front-End Developer Expertise for AI Training

FLCD helps top companies improve AI by providing human feedback. Are you a skilled front-end developer or web designer ready to shape the future of AI? Join us to train large language models in front-end coding, UI/UX, and modern web standards—no AI experience needed. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours, so you can work whenever it suits you.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and answering questions on front-end development and web design to train AI models
• Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated code in JavaScript, React, and other modern front-end frameworks
• Assessing UI/UX quality, accessibility, and design decisions in AI-generated code.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar
• Keen eye for world-class design with deep knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns
• Proven experience creating polished, accessible, and production-ready web interfaces
• Background in computer science, web development, or digital design (degree not required with exceptional experience)
• Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication skills regarding visual and code quality
