About the Role :

FLCD helps top companies improve AI through human feedback. We're seeking skilled software engineers to train generative AI models.

Work involves coding tasks and model interaction—no AI experience needed. This is a remote, freelance role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Create and answer computer science questions to help train AI models
• Evaluate and rank AI-generated code for quality, correctness, and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a reputable institution
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog
• Strong ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in Hindi
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines.
