Coding Expertise for AI Training

About the Role :

FLCD partners with the world’s most innovative companies to improve AI models through human feedback. We're seeking experienced software engineers with Thai language skills to help train generative AI models. You’ll work on dynamic, evolving coding tasks that involve collaborating with AI as it learns to code. No prior AI experience is required. This is a remote, freelance role with flexible hours—work whenever it suits you.

Responsibilities:

• Create and answer computer science questions to help train AI models
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science from a top institution
• Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog
• Able to clearly explain complex technical concepts in Thai
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and adherence to writing guidelines.
