AI Content Trainer

About the Role:

FLCD is seeking talented writers with fluency in English to assist in training generative AI models. This reading- and writing-intensive freelance opportunity is remote and offers flexible hours, allowing you to work at times that fit your schedule while contributing to the development of AI technology.

Responsibilities:

As a Writing Expert, you will:

• Read and evaluate English text to rank a series of responses generated by AI models.
• Write, rewrite, and refine prompts and responses, which may involve research and fact-checking.
• Assess the factuality, relevance, and clarity of AI-generated text.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve AI-generated content.

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

• Professional experience as a writer or editor.
• Enrollment in or completion of an associate degree or higher in a writing-related discipline from an accredited institution.
• A strong writing style and exceptional English-language spelling and grammar, paired with logical reasoning skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to explain the strengths and weaknesses of a given text clearly.
